Smart Interface Monitoring (SIM)SIM provides a monitoring capability far superior to other systems. Other systems don't identify the source or severity of the alarm. SIM is able to obtain all alarm and analog (temp, voltage, amps, etc.) information and is able to provide the exact alarm condition. For example, SIM will specify if the alarm on an air conditioner is due to a clogged filter, a failing compressor, an exceeded setpoint or all three ... other systems don't ... they just let you know there is an alarm. When you are notified of an alarm you have all the information you need as to how to respond to that alarm ... that is worth a lot! |
